Refund policy
If you change your mind and would like to return your item, MossTails will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, and undamaged products within 7 days of the original purchase.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@mosstails.com
to obtain a Return Authorization number before sending your item back.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
